How it works

To start borrowing things you first need to sign up as a member of Kloth. You can then start to borrow the things that you need for a small one-off fee.

You can save money by borrowing things and help the environment too by reducing consumption.

How to join

STEP 1: Register your details

Click here to Sign up, don't forget to agree to the terms.

STEP 2: Choose a membership option and complete the joining process after you receive your confirmation email.

Choose from the membership options shown to the right.

You will then need to enter your card details. These will be held securely by a secure, accredited third party provider (Stripe).

How to borrow

STEP 1: Reserve an item

Select the item from the list and click on the reserve button (this will not be visible until you have a membership):

This will bring up a calendar:

Choose the start of the loan (when you want to come and collect it). You can only select times when we are open and must select a 10 minute time slot:

Choose the end of the loan (when you want to come and return it). You can only select times when we are open and must select a 10 minute time slot:

Click the 'Add Items' button to complete the reservation: You can also add other items to the same reservation. You can pay for the items now by going to the cart or you will be charged when the items are taken out.

STEP 2: Pick up the item(s)

STEP 3: Use item(s) and return them to us in the condition that you received them.

We are currently operating a click and collect system in order to minimise contact at the hut and keep everyone safe.
